Directors Peter Zein and Adrian Luck started the A Team in 2015.

We knew there were people out there in society who wanted passionately to be Software Engineers, but who had been unable to learn the skills through conventional education, because of their medical needs and their disability. - Support We help people who have disability to improve their independence, grow their confidence & self esteem.
- Teaching We teach Accessible Software Design/construction & Augmented & alternative communication, to people who have physical disability.
- Assistive Technology We design & manufacture Assistive devices, to help overcome physical barriers to using computers.
- Advice We give training & offer advice on all aspects of Access & Communication for people with physical disability, their teams & families.
